How to find me

Here at Handbag Therapy the aim is to make it as easy as possible to get your items to me for assessment and repair. The way it works is that all items arrive at the workshop through various channels. The workshop is not accessible to the public so listed below are all the ways to get your items to me safely. You can contact me first to see which option suits you best

Option 1: The Drop Off Stores

Items can be left for the attention of Andrew Farrell @ Handbag Therapy at the following locations (see below). Once dropped off you will recieve a docket with all your details. They will be collected by me within 48 to 72 hours and i will confirm that they are in my possession and provide all the information required then.

The Main Drop Off Point is

Designer Exchange, 35 Exchequer Street, Dublin 2. D02 TE20

or outside of the City Centre

Cobblers Wardrobe, 4a Sandymount Green, Dublin 4. D04 DE20

Option 2: Collection in the Dublin area

Depending on your location within Dublin it may be possible to arrange collection at various times. This service is free of charge. Contact me directly and see if your area is covered to avail of this option.

Option 3: Post

Items can be posted to the me directly. Please contact me directly for address to send it to. Registered post or tracked post is always recommended. if the item is of particularly high value i recommend insuring it. An post offers insurance of up to 2000 euro for an additional 5.50 euro on top of postage cost.

Option 4: Courier

Courier Service can be arranged for collection and return at a small charge of 10 euro each way anywhere in the country. Please note that whilst this offers great convenience and is a very good service items are only insured if a premium is payed which is very expensive so any responsibility must be of the customer.

Option 5: Appointments

Appointments in person at Designer Exchange on Exchequer Street, Dublin 2 may be available in some circumstances were absolutely necessary and can be discussed as an option.
